He has also briefed Barristers with legal issues at the Federal Court, District Court and Supreme Court.

Mark returned to study as a mature age student and attaining a Double Degree - Bachelor of Laws Bachelor & Bachelor of Arts (Political Science), at the University of New England. Mark was admitted to practice in 2010. The fact that Mark has attained his degrees while working full time and being a busy father of a family of four children and, while at the same time holding a number of key community/board roles is testament of his strong work ethic (“workaholic”) and passion and drive for achievement.

Mark’s legal knowledge combined with his substantial and varied life experience have given him the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people including persons of different cultural and religious backgrounds to provide them with the best possible legal representation.

Mark has successfully represented clients in very serious criminal law matters and has a strong and trusted reputation in this field. Similarly, Mark has had outstanding results in complex Family Law matters which include Divorce, Separation, Matrimonial and De Facto Property Disputes and Parenting and Children’s matters.
